Tom Allan Earl (b.1996) is a composer, performer and recording artist currently based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. He recently completed a BMus in Composition at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where he studied with Joe Cutler and Seán Clancy. Tom’s work spans multiple disciplines, from concert music for acoustic instruments and ensembles, through to live electronics.

Over the past number of years Tom has worked with many acclaimed composers, musicians and curators such as Peter Bell, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, Graeme Rose (Stan’s Café), Flatpack Film Festival, Le Page Ensemble and the Central Band of the Royal Air Force.

Currently, he is working and developing on performances and recordings of 'Live Electronic Music', constantly adapting and fine-tuning an ever-changing hybrid software and hardware-based system that allows for the desired complexities of sound & vision. Tom currently performs as one half of Just Ham, an electronic music duo that aims to explore the ideas and boundaries between structure, narrative, improvisation and performing online.
